Healing Libra Moon
Considering all of the action involving Venus, Jupiter and Mars, it's been an exciting and, for many, a very stressful few days. The Virgo sun and the Libra moon now collaborate to bring peace and goodwill to the situation. This is the time to kiss and make up, hug and make up, or pay and make up. Amends. Amen.
ARIES (March 21-April 19). You're the favorite friend who makes everyone laugh and have a good time now. You'll be even quicker and cleverer than before. Tonight you'll need a break — solitude and quietude will appeal.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Being too cooperative and helpful will bring problems to the situation. In fact, an eagerness to please may produce worse problems than if you had been recalcitrant and reluctant.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Note that whatever style a person uses when relating to you, he or she likely also uses it while relating to others. Think about this before you employ a person or, as the case may be, entrust a person with your heart.
CANCER (June 22-July 22). Your people need leadership. You may not be in the mood for laying out a plan, but they won't move unless you tell them what to do next. Take a few minutes to think this through.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). In drama, when the action is getting boring, the writer kills off a character. In your life, when the action gets boring, you kill off a boring activity or way of thinking. Things have to change to keep the excitement rolling.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You will get an opportunity to pursue an interest, and you will benefit from seizing the moment. Don't worry if a loved one doesn't share this interest — it's what keeps the relationship vibrant.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You feel as though you are being contacted by someone you can't see. Perhaps a loved one is thinking about you, or you are being nudged to act by a spiritual guide, angel or deity.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Practice for an upcoming performance. This may be something you need to say or do to make your personal life better, or a presentation for work. Either way, repetition and practice are in order.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Relationships have their own timing. It's a mysterious algorithm that both involves and ignores the individual timing of each person involved. Pushing, pulling or even nudging won't help. Things happen when they happen.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You have what it takes to see your battles through to the end.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Just as shadows grow long and large when the sun hangs low in the sky, when your mood is low, it's easy to see small issues as insurmountable problems. Feelings distort. Don't believe how you feel.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). The sweetness of love is your nectar today, and you're a busy bee trying to collect as much of it as you can. Suffice it to say, romantic notions turn into romantic adventures.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Aug. 28). It won't take as much brain or physical power to win this year because you're conditioned and ready for what will transpire. Next month is a fierce game. You'll take your earnings to the bank and be ready for a big purchase in November. In December, there's a beautiful twist, and your heart will take flight. Aquarius and Gemini people adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 40, 28, 14, 8 and 2.
ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "Is there a better relationship out there for me than the one I'm currently in? I'm a Leo, and he's a Virgo. I'm also attracted to a Pisces. Would I have a better future with the Pisces? We seem to like many of the same things."
Leo and Virgo and Leo and Pisces are both potentially wonderful combinations. Virgo offers a true friendship and a helpful partnership. Virgos are usually conscientious companions who do their best to pull their weight in relationships. They understand that relationships take effort and work, and Virgos are often more willing to figure out how to be a better partner even when things are going well. You see, it's in Virgo's blood to strive for constant improvement. Pisces is a different kind of connection. He's soulful, and you probably get a sense that destiny is on your side when you are with Pisces. Because of his sensitivity, he notices things about you that other people wouldn't and acknowledges your unique personhood, which feels good. You might consider, dear Leo, that you're not totally ready to be with only one person. Perhaps you should play the field a bit and worry less about who you ultimately will wind up with.
CELEBRITY PROFILES: From "School of Rock" to the upcoming "Kung Fu Panda 3," Virgo superstar Jack Black often plays the bumbling, cocky, self-conscious outsider trying for an improbable prize. In reality, Black has the Virgo work ethic and practical approach to life that makes any goal attainable. His Mars in Sagittarius adds the passion and big-picture thinking required to take on mighty endeavors.
