About Daphne Oz

Daphne Oz is co-host of ABC's "The Chew," a 2008 graduate of Princeton University, and the author of the national best-seller “The Dorm Room Diet,” first published in 2006.

Daphne and her book have been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, People, Reader's Digest, Teen Vogue, Seventeen and Cosmo Girl, and on “Good Morning America,” “Fox and Friends,” “The Tyra Banks Show,” “The Dr. Oz Show” and NPR's “Weekend Edition.”

Daphne is an ambassador for and helped to found HealthCorps, a nonprofit that equips teenagers with nutrition, exercise and stress management education in 40 schools nationwide. She is an in-demand speaker on health, diet and wellness issues facing young adults, and is a regular contributor to Oprah.com, The Huffington Post and Glamour magazine on topics ranging from alternative medicine therapies, to quarter-life-crisis coping strategies, to her experience as a newlywed honing her homemaker skills in a cozy New York apartment.
