"GENERAL HOSPITAL": Heather stuns Franco when she reveals Hayden and Liz are sisters. Franco decides they need to know. While alone in his office, Paul pushes a syringe just like the one used by the hospital serial killer. Fearing Liz knows he is the killer, Paul cuts the lights, enveloping the hospital in darkness. He injects Liz, and she tumbles down the stairs. Hayden fears she will be arrested when she learns Liz knows she has Nikolas' diamonds. Everyone thinks Hayden attacked Liz. Realizing Paul is the killer, Ava says she will keep quiet if her silence gets Julian out of prison. Robert assures Lulu that Luke is alive and has warned him Valentin is still a danger. Carly hires Nelle to be her Nanny. Ava tampers with Morgan's medication. Learning Kevin had planned to write a book about her, Laura tells him she is ending their relationship. Adam tells Chelsea to take Connor to the doctor. Chloe arrives at the cabin and shoots Adam in the gut with a tranquilizer gun. She tells Adam she never forgave him for Delia's accident and she plans to watch him die a slow, painful death. Dylan is conflicted when Sharon and Nick tell him not to turn in Adam. Knowing he is up against Victor, who hates him and his family, Dylan decides he must do his duty and gives Paul information that could lead him to Chelsea and Adam. Pressured by Lily, Neil visits his mother, Lucinda, who abandoned him as a child. She reveals that she left him because she was an alcoholic. Neil reveals he is also an alcoholic. And he tells his ailing mother he forgives her.
