Rachel is set to star in "Funny Girl." No word on if it will be a flop or a hit. Either way, Rachel's life will start a different trajectory. With the real-life death of Lea Michele's boyfriend Cory Monteith (Finn), Rachel has shied away from romance. Some viewers think she should carry the torch longer. Others want her to move on with her romantic life. For now she is focused on her career. The show's producers are grappling with what to do. Next year will be the finale for "Glee." While not a lot of details have been revealed, Rachel and Mr. Schue will be in the final scene. With the show having jumped forward many characters will have been off the canvas. Every actor who has worked on the show is invited to come back for the adios season.

"Fargo" a 10-part miniseries on FX has a big act to follow. "Fargo," the movie written and produced by cult film favorites the Coen brothers, is left alone. The setting is still Fargo. Just as in the film there is murder mystery. That is about it for the series comparison to the Oscar-winning film. All the characters are new. Billy Bob Thornton plays a for-hire murderer. As always Thornton becomes his character. Martin Freeman plays a hapless man saddled with a "get rid of her" wife. Freeman, who is amazing as Watson in "Sherlock Holmes's" BBC series, is stunning. "Fargo" has the ring of Alfred Hitchcock's "Strangers on a Train." This is not bad thing. You might want to rent the film "Fargo." If you have not seen it recently, it is worth a fresh look. If the show gets good numbers, a new season with a different crime could be ordered.

With David Letterman passing the CBS "Late Night," baton to Stephen Colbert, no one was certain when the duo would have sit down about the takeover. They are slated April 22. Colbert is taking over hosting duties in 2015. No word on who will take over for Colbert on his award-winning Comedy Central "Colbert Report."
