"THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL": Hope defends Deacon when Liam warns her that her father may cause trouble for Brooke and Ridge's marriage. Ridge does not believe Taylor when she says Brooke and Deacon spent New Year's Eve together. Steffy tells Brooke her latest antics with Deacon will destroy her marriage. Asking Steffy to leave, Brooke texts Ridge, asking him to come home. Ridge is stunned when Brooke tells him she was with Deacon on New Year's Eve. Feeling violated, Ridge confronts Deacon and gives him a blood-drawing sucker punch. Sheila is delighted as her plan to destroy Brooke and Ridge's lives is coming true. Finn is not pleased when Shelia walks into his office. She says she brought him cookies. She brought them because when he was a child, she gave him nothing. Thanking her for the gift, Finn tells her he must leave to check on a patient. After Finn exits, Sheila sits in his chair and congratulates herself; her wicked plans are working.

"THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS": Plagued with insomnia, Billy wonders what in his life is causing him sleepless nights. Valentine's Day in Genoa City brings loved ones together to exchange gifts and words of "I love you." Chance, Devon and Abby are overwhelmed as they wait for tests to see if baby Dom is seriously ill. Chance decides to back up Rey, who is trying to round up a slew of robbers. Adam assures Sally that as CEO of the company, she will have the last word about the business. Having reservations about Ashland, Victor sends Michael to Peru to check up on Ashland's connections with the company, who is working on cancer treatments. Victoria is upset; she learns Ashland has been hiding his dealings with the Peruvian company. Nick does not believe Noah when he claims he has no problems. Chance lies to Abby when he assures her he is on the right track with his PTSD. In truth, he continues to have flashbacks about the deadly time he spent in Spain. After their engagement party, Mariah and Cait bask in their forever love. Rey tells Sharon he feels he considers her children his but wonders what it would be like to be a dad. Rey tells Chelsea he can see she has changed for the better. Alone, Chelsea steps up her game to destroy Adam and Sally.

"GENERAL HOSPITAL": Finding Nina and Sonny in bed, Carly files for divorce. Ava is thrilled. Sam tells Carly she should hold up on the divorce. Backing away when Drew kisses her, Carly explains it would be odd because of their connection. She says if he were a stranger, it would be easy. Kidnapped by Peter, Maxie says she will stay with him, and they have a bright future. She suggests that baby Louise be left behind. She tells him he will easily be caught if they have the baby. She promises they will start a new family and have their own child. Peter relents. Baby Louise is back at the Q mansion. Mac undergoes heart surgery after being shot by Peter. Mac's loved ones and friends gather in his hospital room to keep vigil. Their prayers are answered when Mac opens his eyes. Valentin panics when he cannot find Charlotte. Valentin is found unconscious in a dumpster. At the hospital, Valentin is thrilled when Charlotte walks in his hospital room. Esme plays a mean-girl trick on Trina at the cabin. Amy's brother, Chet, turns out to be Terry's online mystery date. Amy tells Finn everyone at the hospital knows that he and Liz are an item.
