DEAR STACY: We watched the old "Star Trek" episode, "Metamorphosis" and it got us to wondering whatever became of Elinor Donahue, who played the female lead. Is she still with us? — KS179

DEAR KS179: The popular actress, 79 — who is also remembered for a plethora of roles including Betty Anderson on "Father Knows Best," Miss Ellie the pharmacist on "The Andy Griffith Show" and Chris Elliott's mom on "Get a Life" — is now retired from show business and living in Palm Desert, California.

DEAR STACY: When are they going to start showing the new "Celebrity Apprentice" with Arnold Schwarzenegger? — Larry W., Portland, Maine

DEAR LARRY: NBC has slated "The New Celebrity Apprentice" for a Jan. 2, 12017 premiere. Celebs on board include Laila Ali, Brooke Burke-Charvet, Boy George, Carson Kressley, Jon Lovitz and Carnie Wilson.

DEAR STACY: Peter Dinklage of "Game of Thrones" is such a phenomenal actor, but I don't know much about his personal life. Is he married? If so, does his wife also have dwarfism? — Annie S., Charlotte, North Carolina

DEAR ANNIE: Dinklage and actress ("Miles from Nowhere") and theatrical director Erica Schmidt have been married since 2005. The Vassar-educated American is 5 feet 6 inches tall. The Dinklages' daughter turns five next month.

DEAR STACY: I heard that the house from "A Christmas Story" has been restored and people can visit it. Is this true, and, if so, where is it? — B_rP

DEAR B_rP: It is true. The house used in the perennial holiday favorite movie, "A Christmas Story" is now a museum in Cleveland, Ohio. There's also a gift shop full of movie-related items, from leg lamps to bunny outfits. You can find out all about it by visiting A Christmas Story House website.
