DEAR STACY: Our family watched "The Incredibles" for maybe the 10th time the other day. Isn't there a sequel on the way? When? — Sweeden16

DEAR SWEEDEN16: Patience required. The "Incredibles" superhero family is set to return to movie theaters June 21 ... 2019. Samuel L. Jackson has happily announced that he is also back as that ice thrusting super guy, Frozone.

DEAR STACY: Ruth Negga is so interesting looking. What is her ethnic background? — Roseonday

DEAR Roseonday: The "Loving" best actress Oscar nominee is of Irish/Ethiopian ancestry. She was born in Addis Ababa to an Ethiopian doctor father and an Irish mother. She lived in Ethiopia until age 4, when she moved with her mother to Limerick, Ireland. Her father died in an automobile accident when she was 7 years old. Educated at Trinity College in Dublin, she now lives in London.

DEAR STACY: Whatever became of Dorothy Provine, who was in such movies as "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World"? She seems to have disappeared at the height of her fame back in the '60s. — Lori B., Boise, Idaho

DEAR LORI: Provine, who died of emphysema in 2010, retired from show business in 1969, after she wed director Robert Day and gave birth to their son. Prominent in such fare as "That Darn Cat," "Good Neighbor Sam," "The Great Race" and "Never a Dull Moment," the beautiful blond also scored a couple of hit records in her heyday. But once she retired, she lived a somewhat reclusive life on Bainbridge Island, Washington.
