While it's true that many companies keep regular business hours, their doors open because they are triggered, pushed or turned, not because the clock strikes nine. ARIES (March 21-April 19). While the ability to see things from various perspectives is the essence of critical thinking, decision-making can get more complicated with the extra data to filter in. So give yourself limits on how long you can spend pondering and planning. Set appointments and deadlines. You're getting things done.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). As committed as you are to growing through this lifetime, you now recognize a truth common to all living things — growth happens during the rest. Don't skip this part. If you have to carve it out and protect it, so be it. It will be well worth the effort to plan for noneffort. Virgo and Leo are excellent supporters, though they may need to be directed.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Success will depend on knowing your limits and dancing the fine line between needing a little help and needing too much. When you extend yourself a little but miss, people will chip in to make up the difference. Were you to clearly overextend yourself to the degree that it seems like a lost cause, people would be far less eager to help.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). The first time you walk a path, the terrain is new and challenging. Every time you travel down the same path, you wear it down a bit. You learn it, and it learns you, physically moving to accommodate your presence. It is impossible to, as they say, "leave no trace," so you make sure the one you do leave is as good as it can be.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You don't have to be a bungee jumper to know the value of adrenaline. You may feel an increased need and/or tolerance for excitement this week, and there's potential for it everywhere you go. Simply striking up a conversation with a stranger lends the boost that ups your energy, curiosity and courage.

Money buys goods, goods are traded for services, favors are curried — through it all, the tender that drives the deal is never what it seems to be. On a subconscious level, people are negotiating for attention, status, power, love, acceptance and so much more.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). The terms of an agreement aren't the real exchange. Even when people go to the trouble to come up with contracts, it often happens that once they are signed, the details are forgotten. Unless or until one or more parties are unhappy, no one even looks at the paperwork. Happy dealings speak beyond the deal.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You'll have many wins this week because you're fearless. If you get it right, beautiful. If you get it wrong, failure is the best teacher. You couldn't hire anyone to teach you in a more well-rounded and customized way. Make yourself teacher's pet. Love each mistake like it's the last time because it is. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You wish you could solve every problem. Your resources are not unlimited, but they are deep.
