Neptune, the planet of fantasies, takes meetings to put those dreams into motion. The sun is first on the agenda and Venus gets a later slot. Action follows investment. The more investment we have, the more we'll do everything in our power to make it happen. It should be noted though, in deals and relationships of all kinds, that those who care the least actually have the greater amount of control. So there's a balance to be struck here.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). You don't like to lower your expectations of yourself or anyone else. Yet, this week, lowered expectations will be a kind, generous and productive act. Good vibes, the sort that exist in the absence of pressure or fear, allow for better functioning people. The jobs get done without drama disrupting the flow.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). In the gym of life, you're currently running on the treadmill of obligation. It's a hard thing to get off of without first sending a message to the machine to stop. In fact, if you don't hit that pause button, you could get hurt. It doesn't have to be a big explanation or drama. Be clear and direct, and then simply step down.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Every difficulty has an advantage. Often it must be discovered or more aptly rediscovered. The truth about the advantage is unpreferred and buried deep in the subconscious with an agenda to remain hidden, so things can continue the same way. This week, "the same way" is no longer what you want.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). Much of what we deal with is handed to us - a biological, social or circumstantial inheritance that, once discovered, seems to belong to our very identity. Does it really? That's the golden question now. Where are your points of leverage? Which limitations are real, and which are imagined? What are you free to do?

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Happiness in relationships follows the same equation as happiness in general: meaning and pleasure in balance. This week, you will at times find yourself with one but not the other, or too much of either. Act quickly to offset the frivolity with seriousness or vice versa, as applicable, for enormous emotional dividends.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You'll feel like talking about your dreams and intentions, but to whom? It depends on the wish in question. Your confidantes are insiders for a reason, and still, each will get differently curated information from you - there's a reason for that too. Is there any you'd trust with every facet of yourself?

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You're not into getting ego gratification or validation this week. You crave the satisfaction that only work can bring. You'll learn by doing. Sensory input is your textbook, mistakes are your professors. You're a quick study. There's no certificate in the end, only a paycheck, which is so much more useful.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). The dog whines, gets a treat and becomes habituated to whine for treats. Animal psychology dictates that any behavior that's reinforced will continue. Try to understand the rewards your inner animal craves so that you can supply them consciously instead of being caught off guard and inconvenienced by them.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Though you've a mature understanding of cause and effect, you'll be baffled by the logic-defying scenarios you come across this week nonetheless. Just know that there's not a thing on the entire earth that moves alone. For every action, a reaction occurs, detected or not. On this you can, and should, bet.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Just as children progress through different stages of awareness as they mature, there's a sequence of initiation that comes with any new role. You're going through the early stages in a project or relationship, and priorities will shift as you go. Remain somewhat flexible if you can.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You'll adapt to meet the demands of a situation and probably assume this is just what everybody does. Yes, everyone adapts, many in the same way. However, few, if any, do so in your particular way, which has its own kind of genius. Later, believe it or not, you'll want to share this. So take pictures and notes as you go.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Usually, it takes two people to create a relationship, though one-sided relationships can occur inside the minds of the very imaginative. It's the sort of dynamic struck by a fan who loves a celebrity, and can also happen in any sort of worshipful context. You'll experience a healthy and inspiring version of it this week.

THIS WEEK'S BIRTHDAYS: After a carefree 10 weeks, you'll welcome a season of new responsibilities. You'll be given a title, an acknowledgment of your arrival and a symbol of the trust you've worked so hard to earn. Duties will change your schedule and color your world. The status you gain will attract interesting characters. Many will want to be close to you, and you'll do well to remain extremely choosey. The windfall comes in July. In September, you'll witness wonders and widely share your experience.
