On the personal side …
Chris Durst -- Chris anchors the rural side of the Rat Race Rebellion. She grew up on a small farm in rural Connecticut, where she founded the virtual assistant industry in the early 1990s. She lives in the small town of Woodstock, Conn., “where the cows outnumber the people.”
Mike Haaren -- Mike anchors the “sprawl and crawl” side of the Rat Race Rebellion. He was raised in a log cabin in rural Virginia, and he later practiced law on Wall Street. He left the law to write fiction in Paris. Now he observes the rat race from his home in “Ratville,” aka northern Virginia.
