Aspen (402-62)The contemporary look of the Aspen (402-62) is refreshing. The elongated roofline, broken up by the two levels of roofs on the front, provides excellent street-view eye appeal. Large windows across the front illuminate the inside and give an open look to the facade. A covered porch protects the entry to the 1,985-square-foot Aspen. Once inside, a spacious open area is on the right, with the living room in the front, a dining room in the middle and the family room in the rear. The living room has large windows and a freestanding fireplace. Adjacent to the open dining room is the L-shaped kitchen with a center island. The kitchen faces the family room, which is great for family gatherings. The cooks can be a part of the conversations and share in the activities. Large windows surround a patio door that opens onto a patio in the backyard. A large storage closet is located between the family room and the kitchen. Doorways to both the large two-car garage, with its long workbench and shop, and the utility room, with a long folding table, are also located in this area. The left side of the Aspen is totally dedicated to the bedrooms. The master suite is in the front with a huge window that bathes the room in natural light.
Bedroom two is slightly smaller than bedroom three, but both have large wall closets and a linen closet between the doors for convenience.
