1. The Apostle St. Peter was the first pope of the Catholic Church.

2. The pope's title is the Sovereign of the State of the Vatican City.

They had three children: Maureen (who died of cancer in 2001), Michael (who was adopted) and Christine (who died the day of her premature birth).

4. The air team was the Doolittle Raiders, led by Lt. Col. James H. "Jimmy" Doolittle of the Army Air Forces. The Raiders' 16 B-25s were launched from Navy aircraft carriers.
