Paris tells her mother it is her life and she will do what she wants. Zende admits to Grace he loves Paris, but she has chosen to be with Carter. Carter and Quinn admit they love each other but will not hurt Eric. Eric is doing fine with Donna, the love of his life. He claims he is playing pickle ball; in fact, he is eating the pickles. Sheila traps Li in a burning car. Finding Finn, Sheila tries to nurture him back to health. Coming in and out of consciousness, Finn knows there is something off about Sheila. Taylor is heartbroken when Ridge decides he belongs with Brooke.

"THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS": Adam's press conference in which he announces he is now head of the company is well-received. Adam is thankful that Sally toned down her outfit for the occasion. Victor finds Ashland and Victoria in New York City. Victoria announces she and Ashland are starting a company to compete with Newman. During her visit, Jill tells Billy she is proud of him and thinks his podcast is inspirational. Billy assures Lily he is not going to blow this latest chance at a good life. Nikki is furious when Michael suggests Diane should be given a second chance. Nikki huffs that Michael has a very high retainer. She expects him to do her bidding. Lauren fears Diane is going to use Michael. As Chloe and Chelsea clash, Gloria plays peacemaker. Although he has some doubts, Kyle decides to give Diane another chance at being a good mother. Tessa has vocal problems. Nate and Devon clash over the company launch. Nate admits he still blames Devon for ending his surgical career.

Anna and Valentin continue to lust after each other. Cyrus assures Laura he was not behind the recall and says he has become used to prison life — for now. Sonny and Violet spend time in the emergency room. Sonny got hurt while boxing. Violet is dealing with a scratchy skin condition. Ava vows to destroy Nikolas. Lu warns Brad to follow her orders, or she will make certain he loses his job. Bobbie and Laura recall their ever-changing relationship and are glad they are in a good place. Carly feels lost and alone.
