?A: The show is slated to air over HLN on June 19 from the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

HLN is the sister station of CNN. It's recent gavel-to-gavel coverage of the Jodi Arias murder trial saw the network's numbers soar. Its airing of last year's Daytime Emmys gave the network its highest rating for a special.

Presenters for the Daytime Emmys include Steve Harvey, Bethenny Frankel, Betty White (does she ever rest?), Wayne Brady, Kris Jenner, Alex Trebek, Erika Slezak (Viki on "One Life to Live"), Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis on "General Hospital"), Chandler Massey (Will on "Days of Our Lives") and many others.?

The show will have three hosts: Sam Champion ("Good Morning America's" weather guru), HLN's? A.J. Hammer and Robin Meade.?

Monty Hall, 91, who co-created and hosted "Lets Make a Deal" for 23 years will be presented the Life Achievement Award by Brady, who has hosted the reboot of the game show since 2009.

White will give the same award to the late Bob Stewart. Stewart helped create game shows, including "The Price Is Right," "To Tell the Truth" and "Password." White met her husband Allen Ludden ("Password's" host) when she was a celebrity contestant on the show. Ludden hosted the show until his death in 1981.?

Corbin Bernsen and Jess Walton (Jill on "Young and Restless")? will preside over the "In Memoriam" salute. Bernsen's mother, Jeanne Cooper, who played "Y&R's" Katherine Chancellor for 40 years, died last month. It will be the first time the Daytime Emmys have offered such a segment.

This year is the 40th anniversary for the daytime Emmys. Yes, I was there for the original televised ?event. It aired from Central Park during a New York heat wave kind of a day. Susan Lucci and I were wearing identical dresses. I keep telling Lucci to call me so we do not repeat the fashion blunder.???

Peggy McCay (Caroline on "Days") is up for a best actrees Emmy this year. Years ago, McCay was up for a Daytime Emmy and she made tapes of her work and sent it to Academy voters. She was almost shunned for that. As usual, she was way ahead of her time.
