The full moon in the challenge-oriented sign of Capricorn signifies that goals will come to fruition, a game will be won or a joint effort will reach a defining moment. The real victory will not be in the prize itself, but in the relationships that grow from it. A partial eclipse punctuates the event with an air of seriousness so we will not forget.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). First-time meetings are always a bit stressful. But you have an edge in this department because you are the sign of beginner's luck. And that good fortune will come in handy today.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Free up your schedule. Time isn't money — time is much more valuable than money. Besides, there are certain luxuries that only time can afford you — like good friends and meaningful recreation.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Be careful about showing your work. It's best to be extremely selective. You like to think of yourself as independent, but you are still, to some degree, susceptible to the opinions of others.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). Look into your personality quirks to find raw material for fashioning a new style statement, settling on the theme of a party you'll throw or coming up with the perfect resume for an offbeat position or job for which you'll apply.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). The schedule feels tedious. Everyone seems so familiar. Your scene could use an injection of intrigue, if not mayhem. So shake things up. Invite someone new into the mix.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). The one who owes you will pay up eventually. In the meantime, consider that there's someone you still owe. Even if this debt was from years ago, do what you can to make good.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). Be very clear with others about what you want and what your expectations are. You can do this with great charm and not seem the least bit demanding or difficult. Think of it as a life skill that you are constantly developing.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). You may be feeling shy, but you still will be required to make a presentation, introduction or sales pitch. Since you'll likely have to do this more than once, you may as well get started as soon as possible.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). The plans you make aren't so easy to stick to, but they won't be a problem. When you fall off the plan, just be sure to call out as you drop. Your friends will gather round and swoop you back on track.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). What you think is very clear is actually not so easy for others to figure out. Communicating well will involve breaking information down to its most basic form. In other words, spell it all out to the best of your ability.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Don't let your attitude about money get in the way of your dreams. Drop the complicated standards connected to finance. Keep it simple. Accept money for the work you do, even — and especially — your creative work.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Your style of directing yourself and those put in your charge will be very different from the way another person in a similar position would do it. By comparing and contrasting, you'll learn something and also teach something.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (June 26). You don't need to be told that you're good at what you do, but you'll hear that a lot this year. July brings an important win. Out of love for someone, you will make a commitment in November. In December, you will feel the admiration of your peers — a most satisfying experience. Loved ones make you proud in 2011. Pisces and Scorpio people adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 3, 40, 1, 14 and 21.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "Which Tarot card represents Saturn?"

The Devil card in Tarot is generally said to represent the planet Saturn in astrology. The reason is clear: Both Saturn and The Devil card have to do with feeling stuck or bound. These symbolize the internal bugaboos that hold us back, our own inner demons that we must face if we are to move forward with our lives. Liz Greene, in her excellent book "Saturn: A New Look at an Old Devil," says that Saturn is "the thing within the man which causes him either to fail or to be dissatisfied once he has achieved his desire." The Devil card in Tarot points us to that thing, as well — addictions, fears, self-deceptions, pessimism, guilt and all that nasty doubt inside of us with which we must eventually deal if we are to grow healthy, wealthy and wise. Note: Some readers have wondered whether the words "Saturn" and "Satan" come from the same root. They do not. Satan is from the ancient Hebrew word meaning "adversary," and Saturn comes from the Latin "saturnus," referring to the Roman god Saturn. Over the years, though, a connection has been forged between the two.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: This Cancer star started acting at 8 years old and now plays Sam Puckett on the popular Nickelodeon show "iCarly." Jennette McCurdy was born when the sun, Mercury and Venus were all in the sensitive, intuitive sign of Cancer. She is a StarPower Ambassador for the Starlight Children's Foundation and encourages other young people to help brighten the lives of seriously ill children.
