On Nov. 12, ABC, CBS and NBC all leaped on a tweet from a contributor of the left-wing talk show "The Young Turks." It showed a months-old prom photo of a collection of teenage boys from Baraboo High School in Wisconsin who are positioned on the front steps of the Sauk County Courthouse and appear to be giving a "Nazi salute."

The town of about 12,000 — best known before now as the original headquarters of the Ringling Brothers and their circus — quickly felt the sting of national, and even international, embarrassment. The Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum tweeted its outrage and attached a link to history lessons about Nazi Germany. This was followed by everyone insisting this photo isn't representative of the local population, as well as school officials promising to investigate.

But what really happened? Student Brock Turkington said it started when the photographer said, "Do a 'hi sign.'" He added: "And nobody really understood what a 'hi sign' was. We'd never heard of it. And he demonstrated by sticking his arm up, kind of what the salute looked like. So we all kinda imitated it."
Updated: Fri Nov 16, 2018
374a4c6b21314610c459a2a137b82091 6 Reasons the CNN-Acosta Lawsuit Is Lame for 11/14/2018 https://www.creators.com/read/brent-bozell/11/18/6-reasons-the-cnn-acosta-lawsuit-is-lame Wed, 14 Nov 2018 00:00:00 -0800
CNN's war on the Trump White House is now entering the legal system. CNN filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia insisting that denying its chief White House shouter Jim Acosta a permanent press pass has caused "irreparable harm," and that Acosta has a constitutional right to shout at the president under the First and Fifth Amendment rights. How lame is this? Let us count the ways:

1. CNN claims its network is "significantly hampered," causing harm to Americans who "rely on CNN as an essential news source." As a network, CNN is not impaired. It still has more than 10 credentialed White House reporters and producers. The only "harm" might be that Acosta yelling at (and repeatedly interrupting) the president excites CNN's liberal base.

2. CNN claims in court that Acosta is "widely reputed as a diligent and thorough reporter for one of the nation's most respected and widely watched networks." CNN isn't close to the most "widely watched," and it viciously attacks the most "widely watched" network as a pathetic "state-run" channel.
Updated: Wed Nov 14, 2018
78909698261578ff60bd83df33750b9f NBC's Saturday Night Sickness for 11/09/2018 https://www.creators.com/read/brent-bozell/11/18/nbcs-saturday-night-sickness Fri, 09 Nov 2018 00:00:00 -0800

NBC's "Saturday Night Live" is taking on a very sour look. CNN, NBC, Facebook and even Fox News took that position.

The "star" of this commercial is Luis Bracamontes, a Mexican citizen who has repeatedly entered America illegally and who shot two California police deputies dead in 2014. In January, Fox News aired footage of Bracamontes boasting in court: "I don't (expletive) regret that (expletive). The only thing that I (expletive) regret is that I (expletive) killed two. I wish I (expletive) killed more of those (expletives)." But CNN and MSNBC didn't cover it as news. They covered it when Trump used the footage in his ad. They didn't grieve for the families of the two dead deputies. They didn't worry about the problem of crime by illegal immigrants. They worried about Trump's tactics.

Trump's ad played part of the Bracamontes clip, and a narrator said: "It's pure evil. President Trump is right. Build the wall. Deport criminals. Stop illegal immigration now. Democrats who stand in our way will be complicit in every murder committed by illegal immigrants."
Updated: Wed Nov 07, 2018
2bc1fee76f83c2e29e4f9a680a0f97a8 Europe Suppresses Speech for Muslim 'Feelings' for 11/02/2018 https://www.creators.com/read/brent-bozell/11/18/europe-suppresses-speech-for-muslim-feelings Fri, 02 Nov 2018 00:00:00 -0700

In the age of Trump, the American media insist that freedom of speech is in danger because they somehow consider mocking journalists a suppression of free speech. Basing gender policy on the genitalia you're born with? "The new definition would essentially eradicate federal recognition of the estimated 1.4 million Americans," the story says. When the national media really hate a story, they try to bury it, and if it has the audacity to resurface, they try to bury it all over again. In 2013, Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell was convicted of first-degree murder for the death of three babies whose necks he snipped after they were born alive. He was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Karnamaya Mongar, a refugee from Nepal who was overanesthetized, and faced hundreds of lesser counts. Only when the convictions were announced did the three networks really acknowledge the story, and only with a yawn. CBS offered 33 bland words.

The networks simply do not want to tell the truth about abortion.
Updated: Fri Oct 19, 2018
e847a7cc62a06912fc51d8442a6671ed Elizabeth Warren's No 'Woman of Color' for 10/17/2018 https://www.creators.com/read/brent-bozell/10/18/elizabeth-warrens-no-woman-of-color Wed, 17 Oct 2018 00:00:00 -0700

So, Sen.
