*Chocolate Peppermint Margarita

--1 1/2 parts agave tequila
--1/2 part peppermint schnapps
--6 parts milk
--1 part hot chocolate powder
--Candy cane (optional)
Directions: In a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and shake. Pour into your most festive glass and garnish with a candy cane.

--1 1/2 ounces bourbon
--1/4 ounce honey (local is best)
--2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
--2 drops of hot sauce
--2 dashes of bitters (we recommend Woodford Reserve sassafras and sorghum bitters)
Directions: Shake hard over ice; strain into whiskey glass; drop a smoked ice cube in before serving.

--2 ounces vanilla vodka
--3/4 ounce Godiva
--3/4 ounce Bailey's

--2 dashes lavender bitters
--1 1/2 ounces 50 Bleu Vodka
--1/2 ounce Strega liqueur
--3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
--1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
--3/4 ounce egg whites
--1/2 ounce simple syrup
Directions: Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Dry-shake without ice. Next, add ice and shake vigorously. Then double-strain with tea strainer into martini coupe. Garnish with skewered lemon peel.

--2 ounces vodka
--10 ounces ginger-snap liqueur
--1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
--1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
--1/4 ounce simple syrup
--2 dashes bitters
Directions: Shake all together until nice and creamy; double-strain into a chilled port glass; garnish with a large orange twist.

--2 ounces Pumpkin and Star Anise Infused 10 Cane Rum
--1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
--3/4 ounce St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram
--3/4 ounce ginger liqueur
--3/4 ounce saffron syrup
--2-3 dashes cardamom bitters
--1 ounce fresh-squeezed Meyer lemon juice
Directions: Place rum, star anise and chopped fresh pumpkin in a vacuum-sealed bag. Let sit for a few hours. Strain rum in a container.
Rim glass with spice mix of sanding sugar, ground ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Float Orange Putka Pod as garnish.
Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into the glass.

--1 cup hot brewed coffee
--1 shot Jameson Irish whiskey
--1 shot butterscotch schnapps
--1 tablespoon fresh whipped cream
--1 dash white chocolate shavings
--1 dash toffee bits
Directions: Combine coffee, whiskey and schnapps. Top with whipped cream, white chocolate shavings and toffee bits. Garnish with a rolled cookie wafer.

*Spiced Pecan Hot Chocolate

--1 part Bailey's
--1 part hazelnut liqueur
--2 parts homemade hot chocolate
Directions: Add Bailey's and hazelnut liqueur to homemade hot chocolate. Top with vanilla whipped cream and nutmeg. Serve in a spiced-pecan-rimmed glass with a cinnamon stick.

--2 ounces Blue Line gin
--1 ounce Christmas syrup (orange, clove, nutmeg, simple syrup)
--1 ounce cranberry juice
--Splash of club soda
Directions: Build in glass and add ice. Garnish with rosemary and drunken cranberry.
