Thursday, January 28A few days ago, we mentioned that there were two well-known George Wallaces. There are also two somewhat-well-known George Segals. One George Segal is the banjo-playing actor best known for roles on the TV show "Just Shoot Me" and in the movie "Look Who's Talking." The other is an artist known for life-size sculptures and for using plaster bandages as a sculptural medium, as well as for using minimal color or detail. Sometimes, obscure movies can play pivotal roles in pop culture history. Take the film "The Lords of Flatbush." Two of the stars of the 1974 film, about a Brooklyn street gang, were Henry Winkler and Sylvester Stallone, the latter of whom was paid with 25 T-shirts. Winkler based his Fonzie character on Stallone's role from this movie, and a screening of the film helped Stallone land his role in "Rocky." What does the fastest muscle in your body do?
