FOR RELEASE: SUNDAY, MAY 27, 2012 When you look into the night sky at an object that is 100 light years away, you are essentially looking back in time because what you are seeing is how the object appeared 100 years ago. This same weird sense of time affects your life story. Mercury'…Read more. FOR RELEASE: SATURDAY, MAY 26, 2012 Generosity of spirit can be an intangible quality that people recognize on deeper levels, even if they would be hard-pressed to describe it in concrete terms. The Leo moon changes that, making something as invisible as love seem clear and obvious. …Read more. FOR RELEASE: FRIDAY, MAY 25, 2012 Mercury got a boost of zesty Gemini energy yesterday, which King Neptune, frankly, finds irritating. It could be that Neptune is just jealous of all that youthful vigor, or that Mercury has a tendency to talk "out of school." Either way, …Read more. FOR RELEASE: THURSDAY, MAY 24, 2012 Did things just get more interesting, or have they been interesting all along and we're only just now noticing it? These questions and more will seem relevant as Mercury slips into the quick, bright energy of Gemini, a brilliant placement for the …Read more.

The Aquarian sun presents a checklist to humanity. The following questions are on his list: Who was the last person you helped? Who helped you? When was the last time you gave charitably? Personally? Anonymously? What are you doing that makes a difference? There will be opportunities for more Aquarian philanthropy this weekend.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). It's not too late to set up a routine that'll markedly change your new year. One habit — like eating vegetables or accounting for your time at the end of the day — could have a transforming effect.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Your heart yearns for goodness, and your head is made for business. Can you successfully integrate the two? Yes. Furthermore, there's a way to fulfill your own needs and simultaneously serve others.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). There's no hiding what you want — the word is out, whether or not you realized you put it out. It's the message in your bottle, the inscription on your heart, the tiny image reflected in your pupil.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). Life has been handing you absurdities just to see how long it'll take you to catch on to the joke and start laughing. So you don't have to readily accept everything you're dealt as if it's serious.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). The style you have cultivated serves multiple purposes. First, you're able to contribute to others in a more specific and interesting way. Second — which is especially helpful today — everyone shuts up to listen to you!

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Feb. 3). You express your individuality in new ways and are promoted, applauded and adored. Focus on practical business this month and your bank account swells. Festivities this spring offer new social and financial opportunities. Your ideas in April are as good as gold, that is if you act on them! True love wins out in July. Love signs are Libra and Virgo. Your lucky numbers are: 50, 7, 23, 12 and 44.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). You love to be certain. So today's experimenting and questioning will be uncomfortable for you until you get wrapped up in the spirit of it. Remember what it was like to be a child.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You can appreciate the need for contrast. Social events are such that you wouldn't trade the experience for the world. You'll return home thinking you've had a perfectly lovely evening — but this wasn't it.

SCORPIO (Oct.

24-Nov. 21). Sometimes you're in the mood to sing the blues. Yes, it's really just a bunch of complaining, but it sounds cool. And if you're not actually singing, you'll still find a way to turn gripes into something artistic.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Though you may not be out on a big adventure, you put your emotions into everything you do — as if it were a trip to the moon. And this brings you new thrills.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Words can get in the way of truth. You're listening to their underlying needs. You're astute now, and your sensitivity can keep you from making bad deals or suffering broken promises.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). A feeling of extreme gratitude and wonder comes over you. You marvel at how simple acts change everything. For instance, the world is different because you sat next to one person and not another.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). It's hard to work from your strengths if you've forgotten what they are. Friends remind you if you ask them. Or, look in the mirror and ask that person: What am I best at?

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "I'm an Aquarius with a Libra moon, and my husband is a Taurus with an anger problem. He has frequent outbursts and doesn't seem to realize how hurtful he's being. I've put up with it for 20 years. He blames others, especially me, for anything that goes wrong. Over the years, I've become very unhappy. I'm a very fun-loving, social person, but because of his criticism it's hard for me to socialize. Also, my son is a Libra, and I'm worried that he's becoming like my husband."

I think the old adage applies: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me for 20 years, shame on me. You're feeling a surge of personal power now that the sun is transiting through your sign. It may just be enough for you to get up and leave your current situation. This will, at the very least, serve as a wake-up call to your husband and a reset for your relationship, which may resume again after about six months of living separately. Libra-moon people can be easily duped into believing that living alone is a fate worse than death, but I assure you, it could be the best thing you've done for yourself in decades!

CELEBRITY PROFILES: A supermodel before the term was coined, gleaming blonde cover girl Christie Brinkley embodies the breezy, all-American beauty. No stranger to the sometimes-dark tabloid world, Brinkley's Aquarian perspective no doubt helped to pull her through. Aquarians are too busy to wallow and have too many friends to be burdened by life's hard knocks alone.
