After the glitz and glamour of the Leo moon, someone has to pay the piper. The moon in Virgo is a practical lunar aspect, indeed. The wallets come out and the tabs get paid. Furthermore, the floor will get swept, the cars get gassed up and the laundry gets done, too. The best part is, it all happens with a smile. Work is its own reward.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). Your choices will not be understood by some around you. That doesn't make you wrong; however, it benefits you to try and see what they see. The exercise may make you surer than ever of your path.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). An air sign will breeze into your world before the week is through. The presence of this person is like a soft, warm, enveloping wind. Put up your sale and see where this connection blows you.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You have a vague idea and a loose plan. But it's time to tighten the machine. Break it down into the smallest possible increment. You must be more organized for this to work.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You will be in the company of powerful and serious-minded folks who will help you, if properly impressed by your knowledge and attitude. Put on your intellectual and scholarly hat. Research and study are the orders of the day.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Just when you think you understand how to run your life, a sibling, friend or colleague will present a wildly different option. Is the person delusional or just seeing the world in a totally different way than you do? Probably a little of both.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). Until you understand what is great about your work, it will be unfulfilling at best, and detrimental to your health and well-being at worse. You are contributing something essential. Figure out what that is and you'll feel terrific once more.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). It may be impossible to silence the vicious commentary rattling off in your mind, though you can persuade this inner judge to be less harsh. Put it in a good mood by doing something nice for yourself.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Children internalize everything. If there is negativity around, they will assume it's about them. Knowing this is the case, be extra careful to stay positive around the young and impressionable.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Go on and reward yourself. When you are satisfied, it will be easier for you to hang out with others. You won't be overly concerned with pleasing them, and this will considerably reduce your stress.

CAPRICORN (Dec.

22-Jan. 19). You'll be the victor. What's odd is that you didn't even realize you were taking part in a competition. Your gracious winner's demeanor will pacify the other somewhat disappointed players of this game.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). The people around you who are going through the same thing as you are will be too biased to offer you any useful advice. Seek objective insight of a coach, counselor, teacher or therapist.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You'll get a rush of excitement — or is it anxiety? Either way, it's not a signal to act. Be patient. Sit and observe until you have a gut feeling about what to do next.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (Aug. 11). Your wishes are more practical than you imagine — you'll get one of them for your birthday. Over the next three months, you will navigate many responsibilities well. Love is a delicate balance. When you make yourself happy first, your relationships blossom. A healthy routine will carry you into the new year. Cancer and Capricorn adore you. Your lucky numbers are: 19, 20, 43, 14 and 26.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS: "Are there any benchmarks indicating addiction in a person's astrological chart?"

Generally speaking, Neptune's the planet to watch regarding addiction. This planet rules confusion of all kinds, including that caused by drinking and drugs. For clues, look to the house and sign in which Neptune resides. A friend of mine, for example, has Neptune in his fourth house of home. As it turned out, one of his parents was an alcoholic and the other was addicted to painkillers. If you want to get more specific, one thing you could do is use an Arabic Parts calculator online to find the mathematical formula for the "part of addiction" in a chart. The formula we use for addiction is the location of the ascendant plus the south node minus Neptune. The south node is the specific point where the moon crosses from the Southern Hemisphere to the Northern Hemisphere in a chart. Also known as the dragon's tail, it indicates an area of personal struggle. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, find a treatment program in your area.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Co-founder of Apple Computers Steve Wozniak aka "The Wonderful Wizard of Woz" loves the spotlight as much as any self-respecting Leo. Whether he's kickin' it on reality television with Kathy Griffin, riding a Segway in a British documentary or tangoing with the stars, he's happy to share his love of life — and computers — with all. Indeed, such sharing has made him a very rich man!

Geez, I'm such a goober! Am I really that silly? I guess so. Took me a minute to pick up the clue phone there, didn't it? That zafa really works! As soon as I stepped into the silence, it was clear. This is actually really cool and fun! I wish I hadn't worried so much. You're a pretty good dancer, you know it?

Again I have to apologize. The more I see with the eyes of my soul, the more sorry I feel, the more I realize what i thought wrong and what I did wrong. I went back to sleep and I dreamed i was in the library and I was looking for you and I saw your things on the bench and I put my things next to yours even though I was scared and worried because we weren't really talking and you were going down another aisle kinda looking but kinda keeping your eyes down, and you were hurt and a little cool and I could see that and I didn't know how to say all the things I wanted to say, but I put my things next to yours anyway and said I'm sorry with my face and you gave me a big strong hug and it was the best feeling in the world to make up and understand each other. I'm so sorry I haven't been helping in that way. I was really afraid someone would get kneecapped if I showed my support and solidarity. But that's not brave, and that's not faith, is it? You are brave and strong and fearless and that is what I've always seen in you that I respect and like so much (even though you are a good dancer) It wouldn't matter to me if you washed windows or sold fish, I would still want to put my things next to yours on the bench. I was just so deeply hurt because I thought you just wanted to hire me, that I thought the connection wasn't real for you, that I started shielding myself. But I used to shield you because we were friends and because I meant it, didn't I? I stopped being a good friend. it's not my head that's so smart, it's my soul. I just use my brains to express what's inside me, what I feel and what I believe, but I've been writing from my head and not my heart because I was scared to be so naked and make a fool of myself, or be rejected. But I made a bigger fool of myself by not being true to my friend, who I believe in, still, and in the cause, which I believe in, still. I just left my heart out because I thought you were telling me, it's just business, keep that thing away from me. But nothing lives with out a heart, not business, not friendship, not anything. That's not the kind of person I am, to be timid and cautious. I sold us both short and I'm sorry. I hope it's okay if I put my things next to yours.

You are the best...I felt nothing and thought you were doing your job! Did you just give me old family history that I read in a book? Scary, but can't find evidence of anything in the present. One has to be thankful of where you are now. I did find on the Web about three children but could not find the missing one. Must have been a BLACK sheep. That would make things fall into place with other grand children. Maybe I am in the right State. It would be so exciting to find a story of a family. I feel like I am alone in the world. This experience lets me see where Tanner will be when he is grown. So maybe I can leave him a note to help him feel better about himself. I think I understand what you are saying and appreciate you even more.
