When I was thinking grey, I was thinking boring, monotone, joyless, you know? Its what I think of when i think of grey. Shadowy, intrique is something else, that's adventurous not Homogenous, which is what kills me, the no favor jelly bean. Your grey has a flavor, I think, its a color, rather than an absence of color, which is how I think of homogenous. I think we'll understand each other better now.
