This is the eve of the new moon and an excellent time to prepare to make the most of the auspicious omen, which is widely regarded as a fresh start, a new lease and a gracious dealer of do-overs. The new moon will be in Aquarius, so focusing on any matter related to friends, technology or helping others will be especially lucky.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). You benefit from the belief that good luck is coming to you. So continue to look for signs, like a cricket on the hearth, a penny on the ground or a ladybug that lands on your shoulder.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Being popular has its drawbacks. You could find yourself in a tight spot socially today, but you're likely to handle it well. If you don't know what to say, buy yourself some time by flashing that beautiful smile of yours.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). You want to take action on some matter, but you need the approval of others to move forward. Or do you? Think about how it would look if you were to act now and, if necessary, apologize later.

You certainly can meet interesting people by answering ads or placing one yourself if you're willing to weed through the less than optimum matches. There are many resources for this on the Internet and in local publications. Of course, it can be scary and even potentially dangerous to open yourself up socially, talk about yourself and share on a creative level with a complete stranger. That's where your stomachache comes in. Most bands that I know started with people who knew each other face-to-face first. If you join a community music group, take music classes at the local college or take lessons at a place where there are lots of students, you will have a better chance of meeting potential bandmates. Also, going to musical shows of the groups you admire will lead you to likeminded players. Libra will jam particularly well with Taurus, Aquarius and Pisces.
