The outer planets take several years to change signs, so when they finally make a switch, the change seems to ring out to the universe like cosmic church bells announcing the new hour. Neptune has been in Aquarius for more than 13 years. Today brings a long-awaited homecoming as Neptune enters the spiritual realm of Pisces.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). You have all of the elements for your entire package, but it's not quite pulled together as of yet. Get organized. What you desire will be made available to you in the next 36 hours. Ready yourself for the pounce.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). The limelight is a nice place to visit, but you don't want to live there. Today will bring an appropriate moment to call attention to yourself and make your abilities known. You'll take your moment and then leave the stage.
