It's a wonderful week for getting your point across. If you don't have a point to get across, Mercury is game to help you come up with one. This busy, purposeful planet considers it a shame to be pointless. So when he conjoins with the Gemini sun at the beginning of the week, he inspires us to know our purpose. Mercury then proceeds to conjoin Venus at the end of the week, helping us share our purpose with those we love.

ARIES (March 21-April 19). Everyone makes mistakes. It's the way a person reacts to the mistake that separates the sure winners from the rest. Excessive pride or an aversion to loss keeps people from learning from mistakes. The ones who can keep their ego out of it are able to take the lesson and turn it into future victories.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). The hope of fast money can be an irrational lure that pulls you into situations that are not quite right for you. Obviously, you need money; everyone does. Ask yourself what you would do if money weren't part of the equation, and then try to make that same choice to whatever degree you are able.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Compromise can be the friend of business and the enemy of art. You'll like what you come up with. Just for this week, put something in the world that has nothing to do with anyone else — not a partner or a customer or a boss. Years from now, you'll look back on it in awe of the purity represented.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). It's official. You're being much too hard on yourself. Back off. Give yourself room to fly — and to fall and pick yourself up again. Expecting to get it right on the first try — or the first 10 tries for that matter — is silly and possibly even mean. Be nice to yourself.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). You'll be unconcerned about what others think of you. The impression you make is always better when you're just being yourself instead of trying to create a particular image you think people will like. Your only agenda is to learn the needs, wants and interests of others. This agenda is the secret to your charm.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). It's hard to give those you love plenty of room to make their own mistakes. Seeing them fail, lose or get hurt is far worse than experiencing those things yourself. But you wouldn't trade the lessons you've learned for anything. Know when to step back and let your loved ones take a solo lesson.

LIBRA (Sept.

23-Oct. 23). You are important, and the people in your life want and need you to be the best you can be. Even if you don't feel like taking excellent care of yourself for your own sake, do it for them. Sunshine and exercise will help you feel happier and more like yourself.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). Change happens exponentially during this fast-track week. One act of kindness will snowball into something bigger. The same goes for one act of snarkiness. So tread carefully now. When things can quickly get away from you, you want to make sure that it's good things you're letting loose in the world.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Just when things were in danger of growing monotonous, as if on cue the tedium is broken by a new challenge. You respond with swift action and a willingness to take risks. But you have a way of minimizing the risk in your mind, so it hardly feels like the courageous act it is.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). You may be surprised at how grateful you are for your past failings. You'll make superb decisions this week that you would not be able to make had you not learned from your mistakes. You'll build on experience and enjoy the advantage this gives you in the game of life.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). You probably can't see how interesting you really are because you're too busy doing what you normally would do and thinking how you normally would think. However, there is a loveable quirkiness to you that is amplified now, and it endears you to others. In fact, someone may be falling in love with you.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You'll change your attitude about something that happened in your distant past, mainly because you'll realize that the way you previously framed that memory made it difficult to move forward. It will feel so good to shed cumbersome baggage that you'll continue the trend in the weeks to come.

THIS WEEK'S BIRTHDAYS: Clear the decks for a new project. You'll have the good fortune of making money right away with this. Friends want to help you with your business, and it will only work if their qualifications are in line with what you want to do. July is your most romantic time, as you will be in the mood to celebrate another person, and the feeling is mutual. There will be a showcase in September. You'll love the environment you create in October. November brings honor to your family.
