The Marcell (D4133)The Marcell (D4133) — a very traditional, 1772-square-foot, two-story home of brick and stucco — has a great, classic look and features three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The Marcell has numerous windows, all shaped differently, which add uniqueness to the facade. There are triple-arched windows on the right; the door with windows on each side and a slight arch over it; and the square windows to the left of the door with a basement window beneath. These qualities make the extremely attractive Marcell very eye-catching from the street, giving it massive curb appeal. A covered porch with large pillars surrounds the door. Upon entering the Marcell, directly in front of the door you'll find a closet with a large planter shelf above it. On the right side is the great room, open and spacious with 10-foot ceilings, and on the right are staircases leading up to the second floor and down to the optional basement. The family room has large windows in the front as well as in the rear. This provides a great amount of sunlight in this large room. Behind the closet in the entry are a half-bath, the pantry and a built-in desk adjacent to the kitchen. The angular kitchen runs around the wall in a C shape, open to the nook and great room. There's a window over the dual sink in the rear, plenty of counter space and an island in the center.
The master suite is sizeable and includes many amenities to help relieve the stresses of the day. A large spa tub, great for soaking away the cares, sits near an oversized shower, and there are two sinks. The large walk-in closet makes finding something to wear easier. Between the staircase and the master suite is the utility room, which also opens into the two-car garage. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a wall closet and windows that overlook the backyard. The bathroom has a single sink and a linen closet in an outside area, while the stool and tub are in a secondary private area. The Marcell (D4133) is our plan of the week.
