Huntersville (D8511)Rock and stucco with shuttered windows and columns on the porch create an enchanting facade for the four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Huntersville (D8511). There are a number of rooflines as well as many decorative touches that make this 2,608-square-foot home unique. Visitors will want to enter to see if the home continues to pique the interest on the inside as it does on the outside. The entry faces the family room, with the dining room on the right and the den/living room on the left. Beautiful French doors separate the den from the open foyer. The dining area contains a path to the kitchen through the hearth room. Located between the family room and the hearth room is a two-way fireplace, open to both rooms, hence the reason for a hearth room. Behind the hearth room is a half bath with the utility opposite. The long kitchen runs toward the rear of the home. It has a corner pantry, long counters and a center cook island. A nook is situated opposite the hearth room with a door that opens to the backyard. The large family room has three large windows that face the rear.
The entire second floor is dedicated to bedrooms. There are three bedrooms, all a nice size, with wall closets and large windows. A full bath with dual sinks is located between bedrooms three and four. The master suite is in the rear, with a 9-foot coffered ceiling. It has large walk-in "his and her" closets. A large bathroom features a spa tub, a shower, dual sinks and a private toilet area. The Huntersville is ideal for a large family. The spaciousness and openness of the living areas provide a family with plenty of room for both privacy and togetherness.
