Golden Pond (409-23)

The colonial porch pillars, together with the home's rock face, add to the intriguing facade of the Golden Pond (409-23). The home's accenting rooflines add to its curb appeal. Large windows bathe the rooms with light, making them inviting and welcoming. The porch arches screen from view a lovely barrel vaulted door.

The three bedrooms each have walk-in closets, large windows and a shared full bath off bedroom 4. The master suite has an enormous walk-in closet and an open master bath with an oversized shower, spa tub, "his and her" sinks, and a linen closet.

The entry of the Golden Pond brings the visitor to the 1,574 square foot main floor. The dining room is on the right and the living room is on the left. Both rooms have archways with posts and are separated from the rest of the open areas by walls. A doorway to the kitchen opens off the rear of the dining room. The kitchen runs down the right side of the home. The kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, a microwave/ appliance center, a cooktop island, with an eating bar, and a long room in the front that could either be a utility or a hobby room. The area has a half bath in the front.

The center rear of the Golden Pond is totally open. It has a nook and family room, both open to the kitchen, making it ideal for big gatherings with lots friends and family.

Next to the nook's bay windows is a door that leads to the backyard.

The family room has three large windows on the rear wall and a gas fireplace on the left side. Opening off the family room, is an office/guest room (if needed). It has a unique feature. There is a hidden security area behind the closet. Adjacent to this room is a half bath.

T-shaped stairs from the foyer or the family room lead upstairs. Under the stairs is a very large storage area. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the master suite. In this area are also attic space, storage rooms and a large bonus room, ideal for a playroom or family toys like a pool table or games.
