DALLAS: John Ross warns McConaughey "My father took down three senators, two governors, and a vice president, and he taught me everything he knows," Your head's gonna look real nice above my fireplace, governor." Bobby's requests an extension on the loan. He realizes he will need more than that to pay the government fine and appeal the ruling. Pamela refuses to believe her father was behind the rig explosion that caused her miscarry the twins. A battered Drew claims he sustained the injuries when he fell off a scaffold. Emma turns down Drew when he suggests they run away. She fears what Harris will do if they run off.

SNEAK PEEK: Season finale.

SCANDAL: David moves back home when everyone thinks the now-dead Osbourne was the mole. The team realizes that Osbourne was not using the dry cleaners to give government secrets, he was betting on the ponies. When new evidence proves the mole is still on the loose, Abby orders David to move back to the office. The duo says their relationship is about the sex. David is not certain he even wants that because Abby will not own up to stealing his flash drive. Harrison feels that they need to find Molly to question her again about seeing Osbourne. David comes up with an excellent idea of how to stop Molly from leaving the country: accuse Molly of lying because she was given $100,000, when in fact her life was threatened. Molly was right to be afraid when her gutted body is found. Huck and Quinn go to a storage locker looking for clues. Huck opens a storage locker and finds a locked trunk. As he goes to open it, he is attacked from behind. Quinn locates Huck, finding him gagged and battered. The experience seems to affect Huck more than his being waterboarded. Cyrus sets up a national interview for Fitz and Mellie. The duo makes up a story about the time they first meant. When they are alone, Fitz reminds Mellie that the meeting was set up by his dad because Mellie had the right pedigree. Olivia goes to Jake's with dinner in hand.

After Olivia and Jake make love, she discovers he has been spying on her. When Jake tries to restrain her, she falls and suffers a concussion. Fitz goes to visit Olivia at the hospital. When she sees Fitz talking to Jake, she knows they are working together. Olivia seems scarred when Fitz bends over to kiss her. Cyrus refuses to keep staying at a hotel and returns home. James says he cannot get over the fact that he helped rig the election. Fitz tell Cyrus he killed Norma.

SMASH: Ivy, still furious that Tom hired her mother to play Marilyn's mother in "Bombshell," refuses to take his blocking directions. Trying to patch up their friendship, Tom remembers it is her birthday and plans a major surprise. Meanwhile, Ivy tells the cast she does not want Tom invited to her birthday party or to know about it. Tom talks Ivy into going to dinner with him. She is wowed when he writes her a special song and gets Liza Minnelli to sing it to her. When Ivy drops her keys, Tom goes to return them and realizes he was excluded from her birthday party. Ivy explains he really cannot be he friend right now. Sam fumes because he is a swing on the production — the understudy for the understudy and a dancer in the chorus. Karen is unhappy when Jimmy wants to keep the relationship a secret because as the director he is now her boss. Tired of sneaking in the wardrobe room to snuggle with Jimmy, Karen insists he tell her why they have to be clandestine. When Derek tells Karen she loves her, she retorts she is seeing Jimmy. She realizes he is keeping their trysts a secret because Derek told him she was off limits. Karen tells both of them to pound salt. Without Jimmy's knowledge, Kyle works with Julia and Jerry to fix the show. Julia and Scott, who have not seen each other in 15 years, recall they had a great working relationship. When Scott tells Julia he wanted more than friendship but did not act on it as she was married, Julia says she no longer is. Julia agrees to go to dinner and tells him to show what he wants out of their relationship. Eileen and the theater reviewer from The New York Times decide to explore their relationship.
