Ask Stacy - Week of November 6, 2010DEAR STACY: I thought Tony Danza's "Teach" show was very moving. Will he return for another season, go back to teaching? — Lindsay M., New York DEAR LINDSAY: No, and unlikely. Sorry to report the heartfelt A&E show never drew enough viewers to warrant a second season. In fact, with a mere 600,000-plus tuning in toward the end, the network cut short its season by two weeks. Danza, meanwhile, was planning to sign up with a new agent the last time I spoke to him, and resume his performing career. Chalk up "Teach" as a noble experiment. DEAR STACY: What's the song in the "Tron" trailer? I want it! — Samantha N., Warren, Ohio DEAR SAMANTHA: I believe you're referring to the Daft Punk song "Derezzed." The Daft Punk duo is the driving force behind the "Tron: Legacy" soundtrack album, due Dec. 7. The movie opens Dec.
DEAR STACY: What is Edward James Olmos up to lately? I've admired his work for so long, especially "Battlestar Galactica." — John R., Altoona, Pa. DEAR JOHN: Olmos has a role in next year's big-screen "The Green Hornet" with Seth Rogen and Cameron Diaz. He's also working on an untitled project about a teenage boy with a history of violence and jail time who manages to find a way out of that down cycle. Olmos will play an inmate serving a life sentence. He also continues with a myriad of political and community activities. DEAR STACY: Was James Cameron an actor before he was a director? — Blair G., Tustin, Calif. DEAR BLAIR: No. His acting pretty much consists of his sneeze-and-you-miss-it appearance among the steerage crowd dancing in "Titanic."
