DEAR M.K.: The hard-charging, hugely popular, unmarried trainer has not stated his sexuality. Many have taken note that he was one of the stars of a video called "Queer Abs," but that hardly counts as definitive. The hilarious "Queer Abs" commercial spot is a YouTube favorite.
