DEAR STACY: After seeing "Home Alone" again, I'd like to know what Macaulay Culkin has been doing in recent times. — Andria H., Orlando, Fla.

DEAR ANDRIA: Since the failure of his ambitious NBC series, "Kings," last year, things have been pretty quiet in the career of the 30-year-old former child star. He was on hand for the premiere of his brother Kieran's "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" last summer, looking younger than his years and having a good time. He's reportedly attached to a big-screen drama called "Service Man" for next year, but there's nothing definite about when it's supposed to go into production. Time will tell whether it actually materializes.

DEAR STACY: What's Ana Ortiz up to these days? She was my favorite on "Ugly Betty." — Lance F., San Francisco

DEAR LANCE: Ortiz has a half-hour pilot about to shoot for Fox.

It's a single-camera comedy called "Outnumbered," and it has her and Cliff Chamberlain as the parents of three feeling, yes, outnumbered. In real life, she and her husband, musician Noah Lebenzon, have one child — 1 1/2-year-old daughter Paloma.

DEAR STACY: I think Brandy should have placed second in "Dancing With the Stars," ahead of Kyle Massey and especially Bristol Palin, but behind Jennifer Grey. Now what is ahead for this lovely lady? Brandy, I mean. — C.J., Cleveland

DEAR C.J.: Brandy's second season of her and brother Ray J's VH1 reality series, "Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business," is currently running. She also has a new album due for early 2011 release, with top hip-hop producers including The-Dream, Tricky Stewart and Akon.
