DEAR PROMISE: Westwick plays the vengeful cousin, Tybalt, in director Carlo Carlei's upcoming version of "Romeo & Juliet." The film, which boasts a screenplay adaptation by "Downton Abbey" creator Julian Fellowes and Paul Giamatti among its cast, is due in July in the U.K. Its U.S. release is still to be announced. DEAR STACY: I heard that there was going to be a "Santa Claus 4"? If so, what is the premise, and when will it be out? — Connie A., Cedar Rapids, Iowa DEAR CONNIE: There have been false reports of a fourth installment of Tim Allen's "Santa Claus" franchise coming, and that's all. DEAR WANDA: Hovey's successful career as a child actor included TV work on such shows as "Lux Video Theatre" and "Cimarron City," as well as movies including Jock Mahoney's "Slim Carter" (1957), Maureen O'Hara's "Everything But the Truth (1956), and Charlton Heston's "The Private War of Major Benson (1955). In the '60s, he hooked up with The Grateful Dead, working as an engineer and road manager for the band. Hovey died at age 44 in 1989, of a drug overdose. Some reports called it a suicide.
