Who we are:
Creators Syndicate is an international content syndicate. We sign writers and artists
who produce columns, comic strips and editorial cartoons; we then edit, sell and distribute the content to newspapers and digital outlets worldwide. When we hire someone to join our team, we look for two things: “brains” (commitment to excellence) and “heart” (motivation and a positive attitude). At Creators Syndicate, our cultural commitment to C-COR is what drives our 25-year track record of success. In order to continue to fuel our pursuit of excellence, we need people who embody our culture.
Our Culture:
Creativity – Creativity is a necessary skill for adapting to the evolving media landscape. We look for people who ask "why" and reject irrational traditions. People’s ideas are more powerful than they know. At Creators, we foster an atmosphere where innovation is paramount.
Collaboration – At Creators, collaboration is not a buzzword but is instead a guiding principal: together, we are more powerful than any individual could imagine. Our team members work flexibly across all departments, helping their teammates flourish.
Optimism –There are many events we cannot control; however, we can control our attitudes. At Creators, we have a core belief in our abilities and those of our teammates. To us, success is the only option and your attitude is the key to that success.
Relentlessness – At Creators, we face a barrage of competition and challenges. Everyone gets knocked down from time to time. We are distinguished by our tenacity. Mistakes are immaterial if you’re giving everything you can and demonstrate a commitment to improve.
