Why not the Chateaubriand or Beef Wellington with Steak Tartare for an appetizer? As an aside, the infamous Congressman Rostenkowski used to have a favorite table at Morton's of Georgetown to hold forth from, and his favorite steak was their 3-pound Porterhouse (I think that's intended for two). I once took a historian friend there and got Rosty's table (after he "left Congress") for its historical "significance." We saw the 3-pounders on the cart, but we didn't attempt them.
