I have tried several times to contact Bill Garner, my favorite editorial cartoonist. I keep loosing my comment page and fear that he will not get my thoughts. There are thousands of people who miss him and wish we knew how and where to find him. By chance I was able to find this website. Is this the only way we can view his work?
When I called the WT , I was told he retired. Editorial Cartoon Artists, such as Bill NEVER RETIRE.
