'No Holds Barred' Obama Questions?

Comment

ABC News really knows how to cause a coffee spit-take. All you have to do is introduce George Stephanopoulos talking to President Obama and put these hyperbolic words on screen: "No Holds Barred."

Someone should tell the geniuses at ABC that's a term suited for competitive wrestling. It doesn't describe Democrat chitchat that demonstrates about as much as dramatic confrontation as other morning TV fare, such as "Bubble Guppies" and "Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends."

To be fair, the questions were about policy, including budget matters and North Korea. But they weren't challenging. Ask any conservative Republican about "no holds barred" media questions, and I'll show you the tire tracks on his back. Here's the kind of tough questions the president will never get:

1. When are you going to address how your administration failed to protect our diplomats in Benghazi? Why is Susan Rice still being considered for jobs after she was sent out to lie about the causes of Benghazi on five Sunday news shows?

2. Why does your administration prefer to kill foreign terrorists in drone attacks rather than capturing them for intelligence purposes? And why wasn't there more than one liberal joining Rand Paul's Senate filibuster on the grounds that drone attacks shouldn't kill American citizens who aren't an imminent threat on American soil?

3. Why can't you even stomach the goal of a balanced budget? Your budget outlook points to deficits every year as far as the eye can see. No country can survive this recklessness. Is this not fiscal insanity?

4. If you're sincere in reaching out to Republicans on the budget, why are your White House aides telling reporters that your outreach is a "joke" and a "waste" of your time as a ruse to please the media?

5. The unemployment rate's almost exactly where it was when your administration started four years ago. Why should anyone expect your next four years to be any better? Must America accept massive unemployment under you?

6. Why is Obamacare leading to higher premiums and prices of health care? This is exactly what Republicans predicted, and you denied, would happen.

Are you prepared to admit that they were right and you were wrong?

7. Why do you oppose religious liberty? Catholics, especially, believe the forced funding of abortion, abortifacients and even birth control is a mortal sin. Are you aware that Catholic leaders are warning "authentically Catholic health care in America is now in mortal danger"?

8. Do you still believe in partial-birth abortion? Do you still support the extreme abortion advocates who believe in "born-alive" abortions, that babies who accidentally survive abortions should be left to die in the hospital to honor a woman's "choice"?

9. When women die from "health care" in an abortion clinic, like 29-year-old schoolteacher Jennifer Morbelli just did a few miles from the District of Columbia, shouldn't government punish the abortionist?

10. Do you agree with your vice president that "transgender discrimination" is the "civil rights issue of our time"?

11. If the nation approves "gay marriage," as you advocate, what will prevent the left from next demanding that three and four people should be able to marry, since you argue you should "marry whomever you love"?

12. What makes a gun an "assault weapon"? Do you agree with Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who would deny these guns to victims of domestic abuse or sexual assault? Why does the Senate bill exempt law enforcement officers but not members of the military?

13. How can your administration blame Republicans or sequestration for your decision to release 2,000 illegal immigrants slated for deportation? What does this say about your willingness to fix a broken immigration system? And your priorities?

14. How is it legal or proper for you to turn your Obama for America campaign army into a lobbying group that sells access to your White House for a $500,000 donation?

15. Why did you cancel the White House tours and blame it on the sequester, and then the Secret Service? What happens if a tourist arrives with a $500,000 check? Will that get him in?

16. Are you done blaming Bush?

These are tough, no-holds-barred questions. They are also perfectly acceptable questions — for serious journalists. But no serious journalists are allowed anywhere near Barack H. Obama.

Sir;... I don't know why Mr. Obama could not answer those questions... They don't look too difficult...If Mr. Obama does not pop up with an answer I will pick out one or two of them for a reply... This will be fun... Not much exercise, but fun...
Thanks...Sweeney

Sir;... Let me offer some answers:
#1... The Address is the White House; the same Address when 911 lost us thousands of our citizens which was an event that should have cost Mr. Bush the lesser his job, and in a sane world, his head... Other wise try to understand that if all people on the frontier of this land, where ever that is, standing guard on our interests must also guard themselves, and if it becomes necessary for every soldier to have a soldier, and for that soldier to have a soldier, and for ever diplomate to have an army, and for that army to have an army, but only with democrat administrations, then no one will ever elect a democrat for the cost...It may be a cruel calculation; but while freedom is free, world dominion is not; and as industry and capital depart, and money flows out of the pockets of armies around the globe, -the people at home are empoverished as the price of empire..
#2... Guerrilla conflicts are always wars of attrition... Most bullies are content to give a bloody nose if they never have to get one... We are like that too... We see some one who will make a good example, and we make do... What is the point of killing our own when the object is to kill them??? Think of it... These people are in cells with a limited knowledge, and a limited horizon... They know no body, and act alone... We want to think of them as all alike, but they are more individual than we are, and actually more democratic and free... It is hard to tell a man with a gun that his vote does not matter... Think of all the voters denied their vote through gerrymandering... Too bad they are not Muslims... Then you could just kill them...
#3...A balanced budget is a dangerous thing if it can only be bought with revolution...Looking on the bright side; most of that money out of the commonwealth has not went anywhere... Even the physical capital exported in search of cheap profits is still in some ones possession... Just because it does not pay taxes does not mean it does not belong in the commonwealth... The deficit is one of those imaginary issues... It would not have existed if the government had taxed the rich, and it would not exist if they had not exported all our jobs and capital... If they want to really make it an issue instead of a thimble full of baby tears, then let them...They will not take all wealth and hope from the poor, and then take money they no longer possess... To try- is to issue ones own death warrant...So try!!!
#4... More grass for the goose old man... These people talk about work... What passes for work in Washington wouldn't rate sweat on a flea if it was done for a hundred years... Those people don't know about work... Work is what supports that nonsense, and if not enough people are doing meaningful work for meaningful wages, those do nothings get to be too much loaf for humanity to swallow.
#5...What has a mouth and never speaks, a bank with no money in it, and you can never step in the same one of twice??? If I say exactly; is that supposed to mean equal??? And if I say almost, is that suppose to be competely or fully or nearly??? What exactly does almost exactly mean exactly...The ability of language to say anything truthfully is confounded by the ability of people to use language to confuse, amuse, or abuse intelligence...
#6... Obama care will lead to higher premiums, and they were growing higher inspite of leaving people with no coverage before...The problem from the point of view of government was not purely political... It was the economic fact that too many indigent people were having the cost of their medical care loaded onto the government, which government had to pay in order to keep the health care systen functioning at all...It could be a lot cheaper, but only if more socialized... Oooh, Dirty word!!!
#7... Mr. Obama does not oppose religious liberty, which is religious tyranny; but I do...People should be able to vote their morality; buth then we would have democracy... If people did not want to pay for war, they would have to vote against it, and only those who wanted it would have to pay... If they want capital punishment even though it is immoral to some, then they should pay even though it can't just be lynching, and there has to be some decent review...If people don't want highways, and don't want hospitals, and don't want sewage treatment plants; then they should be able to drop their own wells, and crap in them as much as they want; but not crap in anyone's well who is willing to pay for sewage treatment... Morality is not religion...Religions ought to be forced to make the argument that they are in some rational sense above the law...They want influence in government, then they should pay with taxes and obediance to law, which they have a hand in the making of... Sorry it can't always go their way... Sorry that human rights stand before, and intelligently and reasonably before religious privilages...
If those religious privilages worked for anyone buth the chosen few, then there would be more people in church than out... People are forced to make the stand for human rights because the churches are standing for the institutions of religions...They have one foot in the past, and the other foot on the throat of human liberty...
#8 Mr. Obama opposes abortions of all sorts, but he finds as a matter of necessity that he must stand for human liberty upon which all privilages supported by the constitution are based... It is a matter of law... If religious rights are God given, why did any one find it necessary to write them into the constitution, and what gave them the right??? I think it is a waste, and I believe with Johnathan Swift that babies of the poor should be served as food... What difference is it really, whether you eat up all a child depends upon for life, or simply eat the child???... Why not turn what would otherwise be a waste of life, of flesh, a despair of hope and a want of love and dreams into a source of revenue for the parents, and a treat to please the most glutted gormand... Do not kill your babies because nothing but pain and misery awaits them... Fatten them with mothers milk, tease smiles from their chubby lips, kiss them good bye, promise to see them by and by, and send them to the butchers with a shush...
All love professed for unborn children dear is entirely displaced... Those mommies who must feed their children the poison of want amid luxury, who must choose between heat and hunger, clothes or books are raising monsters who will hate this society if not destroyed in body as in spirit...Those mothers only do what so many hangmen have done in stretching the necks of bastards who could see in every rich man the eyes of their dear departed fathers...Why was every bastard villain considered born free??? English law only presumed what every body knew, that wealth plants its seed where it will, and where none can resist... Now; I joke...
Rich people are all moral, so all people should be rich because poverty equals immorality... Wealth is honor, and poverty is dishonor, and everyone who refuses to raise a child in poverty is more honorable than not... Why breed dishonor with poverty??? Breed wealth until all are wealthy... It must be possible, or else why would fools believe???

This is fun... I wish I had all the time in the world... I would sell you a minute...

Thanks....Sweeney
