I do believe Obama will cross the "Reefer Rubicon." He himself admitted in his "Dreams of My Father" the following: "The swagger that carried me into a classroom drunk or high, knowing that my teachers will smell beer or reefer on my breath, just daring them to say something" says it all. Obama has crossed the line already. He will find a way to get marijuana into our system to garner taxes on this product.
