Bill, your description of "waterboarding" is not 100% correct. I don't want this to appear on MSNBC. The process of "waterboarding" involves placing the subject with his/her head lower than their feet , placing a cloth, or something similar over their face and slowly pouring water over it. I know you always strive to be correct. so I hope this helps you.
