2)Because over-rides of presidential vetoes require a 2/3 majority of Congress they almost never happen.
3)Of the 10 to 11 trillion dollar national debt Obama inherited some 70 to 80% of the debt was incurred during the watch of 3 presidents ; Reagan; Bush 1 and liar bush.
