What a great article! We all need to be held accountable for the choices we make in life. I believe a lot of this mentality of blaming someone besides ourselves has been perpetuated by (but not limited to) parents who are teaching their kids this philosophy. Blame the teacher, blame the kids' friends, blame the other kids' parents, blame McDonalds for serving hot coffee. Give me a break! Too many people in this country are turning into whiners and babies and expecting someone else to fix things when something doesn't go their way. They think the government should step in at every whimper. These people need to grow up. And the judges who award those who file these stupid lawsuits need to take a look at who is really at fault and stop rewarding the "whiners and babies". Maybe my comment got off the subject a bit but it all boils down to the same thing....be accountable, be responsible, and if you make a bad choice own up to it and work to correct it instead of trying to shift the blame to someone else. And don't expect those of us who use our heads to bail you out!
P.S. Make sure that Hillary and Obama get a copy of your article!
