Bozo claims TV holds contempt for marriage and then attempts to illustrate this by selecting a few quotes from TV shows. This is a classic ploy in which one selects a few odd pieces of data that are NOT representative of the whole (TV's depiction of marriage) and then presents it as evidence that supports the bogus assertion.
Bozo also used this ploy in his previous column decrying Helen Thomas' assertion that there is no liberal bias in control of mainstream media.

The last little bit there shows a classic example of taking something out of context. In the American Dad episode he speaks of, Steve is using a nude painting of an unknown girl (it's Hayley, but the painting was done from behind) and becomes obsessed with it. Then he discovers who the subject is and has a serious mental breakdown. But considering the PTC website doesn't even get character names for the show right, I'm gonna assume that Red Beard has never actually watched these shows, he just has his henchmen moniter for naughty bits
