Time for a Texas-style Roundup!
by Chuck Norris
Our twins are home-schooled. That is the present educational option we have chosen for them and us. It is our right to do so as parents and American citizens. But increasingly across this Union, private academic alternatives are coming under attack, being legally stripped of their value, and even being labeled unconstitutional and illegal.
Dr. James Dobson calls it "an all-out assault on the family" and "an imperious assault on the rights of parents."

Amen to the above. Continuing to pray, Chuck, that you will with each article have "plentifully declared the thing as it is" Job 26:3.

I'm confused. Tell me again why another person's choice...to worship God as they choose, peacefully and reverently...should by of any concern to you or any other dogmatic religious fanatic? Is it not enough to wage war against the bloody, religion brainwashed masses, now you want to throw stones at someone who's message smacks of peace and personal responsibility. Pretty threatening stuff....ooh, let's fire some bullets at it. Make war against it. Kinda like what they do to all who speak of loving humankind, not just "your kind". How threatening if we all would love each other. This sorry evil idolatrous world would collapse under the weight of that love and the new heaven and earth would appear. What would happen if the people actually did start thinking for themselves without having to have an awesome God explained to them. Comparative religion will tell you there are many other "idols" worshiped and considered God's son and the messiah. so what? Welcome to the age of Aquarius. You attack 'em buddy in your religious(idolatry) zeal. Keep making God in your image, keep your weapons firing. But one day ask yourself what you're so afraid of? Is your God in the sky what you have idolized him to be, or something much, much greater? Better yet, ask someone else, whatever religious leader or dogma or idolatry you've become enslaved to and are bowing to since they've made it clear only "they" can really know.

Amen! You know chuck this all started with little things. Things that we thought made since. Like having to be certifide or licenced for things that had been done for years without any problem. Today if I asked my neighbor to do my hair, even just styling it, they can't charge me. That's not right. It should be my choice. But we fell for it so now it has grown into these other areas. May God help us! I've also noticed that they don't like any Christian that knows the Word of God, because they know we understand more about what the intent of our Forefathers was when writing that Contitution and it scares them. You would think that Evangerlical is a dirty word, to hear them tell it. All it means is that we stand on the Word of God. Boy if there is ever a day that we need to do that it's today. Other wise we can be too easily lead in the wrong way. They are also scared of the coming together of the body of Christ. You would think that all Christians should be able to come together under the Head of Christ and his word. We can't come together under any man but we should be able to come together under Jesus Christ. Well I didn't mean to get preachy. Keep up the good work. God bless you! I will have my first granddaughter in June and my daughter is wanting to home school her. I pray she is able to.
