Mr. Limbaugh is quite confused. He's refering to the incredible tendency that Bush idolaters showed when they ignored the lies and idiocy perpetrated by Bush & Co. One would have to be an idiot to take Cheney's word for anything after Cheney asserted that Iraq was going to be quick and cheap......Mr. Limbaugh is in that category.
