One can only wish that every word you have written down since you were a teenager were subject to a raking over the coals. Perhaps you never felt less than you do now, but I bet we'll never know.

People change. I'm seventy years of age and have changed to understand other points of view. I worked for Nixon's re-election, never believing he could be so involved in Watergate.

I can only hope that someday, someone will say how sorry he is that 4,000 americans and who knows how many Iraqi's have died for what can only be "big oil." If anyone is the worse for the war, it is Israel.

Remember, in the end, we are all children of God. I trust you would never feel the need to kill your brother.

Peace,
Craig Bell

Very insightful observations on Michelle Obama. It is wonderful what a good PR person can do for a person's image. Your column indicates you saw right through the charade.

I think Ms. Charen should disguise herself as a black woman and go "out into the masses" and find out just how racist this country is. I'll bet she has no "ordinary" from rags to riches black friends. It is STILL 1950's Alabama in most of the country. Just ask any middle class (if you can find one) black person as ask them! You disgust me.
I'm sure you think Dubya and Chaney are God's saints too.
