I beleive that people "hate" Americans because they don't know the real ones. The people that go to work everyday. Or the ones that are out of work, and yet still somehow mange to give a buck or two to others that need it more then they do. Just because they recognize that no matter what their own circumstances they are still so much better off then so many others on earth. And yup, we might be a bit arrogant, and sorta stuck on our own country. But what the heck. We fought for it, with a minimal of help from the rest of the world. We earned it. It's ours.
And what other country on earth has done so much to help protect the rights of others? Who has ever fought to protect us? Next time another country has a problem,,let's see who they ask for help. Not their son or daughter, they'll ask for mine. And they will go, and I will let them. Not because I'm looking for a "friend", but because it's the right thing to do!
