Re: Juanito Verde;... Who would believe from your words that per capita, more congressional medals of honor have been won by Hispanics than any other group.....Every time you open your mouth it is to announce your fear... When are you going to get off from under the porch with the skirdy cats, and join the Human Race??? This is the land of the free, and the home of the brave... That means you are self evicted... Don't forget to leave a forwarding address...It will never be in the land of Eagles... It will have to be in the land of the yard birds... Thanks...Sweeney

Sir;... What you say of the sit down strikes, that: they were plainly illegal is wrong... First of all it took a Supreme Court finding to determine that they were illegal; and second, property relations are changing all the time... What you  see in the Supreme Court decision, is one form of relationship supporting another form of relationship... It is pointless, because each only has support, and neither has any absolute being....Let me explain: The history of mankind is the history of changing forms of relationship... The reason for this is that people cannot change their basis needs... People institute forms, like government as Aristotle says: for Good; but in time all forms can be turned from a public to a private purpose... Now, property is just one such form that has been under change since people came to this land... When we received it under charter and then took it from our King... When we took it from communal Indians and made it private... When we outlawed Chattel Slavery at great cost in preference to wage slavery... All these involved a change of property relations, and even changes of constitution and law... Property rights are not set in stone... There are no absolute property rights... Furthermore; it is not personal and civil rights that spring from property, but property rights that come from individual civil rights... It is because we respect the individual that we support his claim to property...But property is held at the pleasure of society... We see that property is forfeit in Felony cases... In fact, property is no more secure than the people in the society can see a benefit from it...If it does not serve the basic needs of all people in private hands then private property rights will be limited...Ultimately, it is the government that supports property, but then property must support the government, and that particular obligation has been neglected...And, Ultimately, the people are the government, and all the property in any country must support all the people... That point of view that people exist to serve property is nothing less than feudalism at best, and chattel slavery at worst... We cannot live this way... Our society is falling apart, and the people are being burdend with the support of an economy which should support them... Things will change, and I say that from the facts that things have always changed slightly and slowly to the worse until correction is required... We wait on a correction... Prepare yourself...Thanks...Sweeney
