The Rage That's Not On Your Front Page

by Michelle Malkin

When a few unruly McCain-Palin supporters show their anger at campaign rallies, it's national news. It's an epidemic of "Weimar-like rage" and "violent escalation of rhetoric," according to New York Times columnist Frank Rich. It's the "re-emergence of the far right as a power in American politics," according to Washington Post columnist E.J. Dionne. It's a mass movement of GOP crowds "gripped by insane rage," according to newly minted Nobel Prize winne ...

What a sad day for our great country when this kind of garbage is dignified by publication on a legitimate website. This is the kind of degenerate scribble one expects to see in a bathroom stall. We are a free country, Malkin, and it is clear you suffer from being totally at sea in the structureless environment such freedom creates. Some day, we as a people will have enough culture to understand fully the magnitude of pity that should be reserved for unfortunate souls like you. I really feel sorry for your kids.

Hey Malkin, in case you don't think we know, here's the way the right-wing dominated Republican scam works, and by the way, this dates back to Nixon's plumbers (I understand you are too lazy to read that far back in history, but you really ought to buck up and take a crack at it): Raise a bunch of phony accusations based on a grain or two of truth, turn it into a massive coverup-type conspiracy, and hurl as much of that crap against the wall as you can to see what sticks. Invariably, much of it will, for a while. But the herd has a short memory, and by the time all the lies are sorted from truth, it will be two years later and the sheep will have moved forgetfully on to new fleecings. .................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... That's just like what's happening now with Iraq. Oh, let's all forget what got us in there in the first place. That's rather passe (look it up, Malkin, it's French), isn't it? Just doesn't matter any more. We need to focus on testicular VICTORY and leaving with HONOR. That's what counts... .................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. And so it goes, as a great author whose feet you could never even deserve to kiss once wrote. Barf it all out and throw it all around, and depend on short memory and history rewriting that would wow Stalin to power the path to making a fortune on snake oil.

And yep, it often seems like you can't fix stupid. But maybe you can. This election will tell. It's been eight long years.

You would measure evil? Try to convince and convict that one is worse than the other? Is it easier on your digestion to have someone slander a person as opposed to shoot? Either way, pain is inflicted and damage is done. Cutting off one's air supp;u through water boarding or putting a plastic bay over one's head is still denying them the ability to breathe. Have you convinced yourself that blue collar crime is worse than white collar crime? They are both criminals.

Unfortunately your comments, while very accurate in their reflection, will be neither read nor recognized by anyone in the O-tank. Kudos to you however! I am one of the many bitter right wingers who feel John simply appears weak, and although I understand kindness, there is a limit to even that. I anticipate should Bo win the big chair in DC many ppl, with means, talent, and energy, will abandon America like rats from a sinking ship. While I'm not endowed with the means, I do poccess time, energy and talent and I will be among them.
