The psychology of victimhood and the politics of envy are powerful political tools and we see them being exploited this political season. Walter, Very good analysis. I always agree with everything you say. The other day a democrat and I were discussing politics. He said "the reason I am a democrat is because I care about the poor." I told him 2 things. First I said I became a conservative because I care about the poor. Next I told him that if democrats win more elections, he will have a lot more people to care about. Their principles of economics state that if 20% are "poor", then we will all be poor. One thing is for sure, there won't be envy because nobody will have anything. Eric E. Jensen Dalton, GA
