You can't have it both ways, buddy. Or maybe you can if you talk and write fast enough. This is the hands-off, laissez-faire government YOU asked for found sawing z's at the switch.

Sir;... You know, I have read my constitution more often and more fully than my Bible, and I have looked at the goals of this government as listed in the preamble, and it said nothing there of the goal of tieing the public to a track and letting a train called Wall Street run right over them. Perhaps I missed it. Clearly our government has decided to rule people, and to allow enterprise to run free. Well sure, you can do that. It does not matter how hard pressed people are, there will always be economies. There were brothels in death camps. Perhaps there always have been and always will be such economies preying on people while the people pray for life. You must understand sir, that when truly moral people look at your false morals they can see you for the pitiful creature you are. You might go from trading money one day to selling Jesus the next, as long as for a profit. I can't complain about your morals when so many of my own are missing. But, I want to tell you that people can see, if not so clearly now, that the morality of the right is only a cover for the deepest malignant sort of immorality any country has ever contained and not died of. You think to only take a little blood to say you did not kill the lamb. You all get paid. You all have your fill; but you see where your benefit leads us... only into a deepening darkness of poverty. ...You are rich and we are poor. You preach morality, and we suffer your immorality. What are you that future generations will celebrate your memory? The future will celebrate your passing like that of a cyclone. You have had your Reagan revolution.
