I'm not familar with this particular story about these kids who were injured or any of the other stories but Michelle, if you weren't certain of the facts, why didn't you check them out yourself? Maybe freelancer mom hasn't been getting any business lately? Maybe their small business is losing money? How badly are those kids hurt? Maybe the insurance premium is too expensive? Maybe they already have a lot of debt? Perhaps you should make some phone calls, like real reporters do, to get all the facts before you begin criticizing the family.
